manufacturers, copies of which may be available by mail from Land and
Sea as a courtesy.

services (“Marine Performance Accessories”) offered by Land and Sea, Inc
are sold AS IS, AND ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, STATUTORY OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF FITNESS,
MERCHANTABILITY, DESIGN OR COURSE OF DEALING ARE DISCLAIMED. BUYER
ASSUMES ALL RISK AND LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF INSTALLATION OR USE OF THE
MARINE PERFORMANCE ACCESSORIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGE TO
THE HOST BOAT OR ENGINE.
